I added rear brakes to my State Bicycle Co. Black Label V1 bike and needed a way to secure the brake cable. The top tube has a teardrop shape so I designed this cable holder to slide over the tube and the cable clips in. I ended up printing these in black and used 3 on my bike, the pretty much disappeared and you can't even tell they are there. They are low profile and don't get in the way, and keep the cable out of the way as well. I printed at 100% infill with 2 top layers. The cable clip is a bit tight, so you have to work to get the brake cable into it, but it won't come out unexpectedly.
