Inspired by Celtic fibulae. The Celts dressed in woolen tunics and cloaks and needed to secure them with safety pins. They used the so-called fibulae made of various materials, iron, bronze, silver and gold. For at least five hundred years every respectable Celt man and woman were buried with at least one fibula. In the museums we have a large collection of these objects that testify their particular artistic taste in conceiving jewels. After having appreciated hundreds of examples of fibulae, pendants and torquis, I wanted to coagulate what remained in my eyes of that particular style, so here is my fibula.
