StaX Cheese Grater

This design allows for the cheese grater piece to taken out of the lid. This is so you could insert different types of blades for the cheese slice of your choice. I gave the cap a .01" clearance on both sides so that it will fit snugly. The lid could be 3d printed using a food safe material, possibly pla. The cap would have to be manufactured because it needs to be more durable.
