StaX Accessory Challenge I would like 3D printing to reach a wide audience and the concept of StaX, which is an open and extendable project, could be used by even more people. StaX-up is a proposal for a vase, a decorative item which allows any person, although naive of less accustomed to technology, to play with their own creativity. It consists of three parts with different shapes and features that interact among themselves and with other elements of StaX. They can be seen like a small alphabet that everyone can mix and match to their own taste to develop new words – vases along with Bryan Morris's StaX Hub Connector and Marios Pazaitis's StaX Open Lid. Moreover using David Pedersen's StaX Waterlight StaX-up vases become flower pots, to accommodate water and fresh flowers.
