The STC-1000 is a simple thermostat that can be bought on Amazon, eBay, AliExpress and so on. It's very handy for controlling heating and cooling, including fans, anything up to 10 amps. Also relabeled and marketed as ITC-1000 and some other part numbers. This is a rough stand-in which you can use to design panels and enclosures around. I didn't include the panel retention tabs. Allow 3mm space around the body to fit those. The retention tabs can securely clip to panel thicknesses from less than 1mm to 16mm. The needed hole cutout is 70mm wide, 29mm tall, leave at least 3mm around the cutout for the flange. I've exported into several CAD file formats, use the one that imports the best. Drawn in Geomagic Design, the scale is in millimeters.
