Hot water set, Provides 10,000 l/hr hot water at 95 degrees. Water in at 60 deg. average during cycle. Steam 3 bar, in DN 65, out DN 80 , ,DN50 valve with 40 Kvs, 680kg/hr steam, duty and standby pumps, Tubular heat exchanger. All stainless steel hygienic construction. Used for heating hot water jackets on cheese starter culture process vessels. Heats 7500 l of culture from 20 to 75 deg in 90 minutes.
