Steel Shelving End Cap and Foot Cap

Here is an end cap/top cap (endcap.stl) for the ubiquitous metal and steel shelving until many use in their shops or for household organization. The foot cap (footcap.stl) may be used as a footer to help protect flooring. It is advised that the foot cap be printed with a heavy infill (80-100%), and that the load on the shelving unit not be too heavy. Please use at your own risk! The translucent cap also pictured is an original cap that came with one of these shelving units. It is shown for comparison purposes only. Please feel free to leave comments and post makes! Thanks! Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: An infill of no more than 20% should be sufficient for use as a top cap. If you would like to try to use this as a foot cap (inadvisable), 80-100% infill may work. Use in this manner at your own risk!
