I looked on Thingiverse.com and the clips I found were for larger diameter cable. This is designed for 1/8 steel cable, but I'm sure if you scaled the item it could work for other sizes. The holes are 2.4mm diameter. The end plug is not necessary. Printed vertical with no supports. Use rafts or brim as necessary.
