The stand is a single piece printed on the back vertical face with no supports required. It is my own design using FreeCAD 0.19 specifically to fit over the Siberia 840 OLED Transmitter unit. The transmitter case seems to be the same size as used by the current Arctis Pro Wireless headset.

The ‘fit around base’ concept is based on the “Arctis Pro Wireless Headphone Stand” by PixelPatchwork https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/30980-arctis-pro-wireless-headphone-stand

That design blocks access to some of the rear connections, and requires the wires to be disconnected to place the stand over the base. My design has free access to all rear ports (which I need) and can be placed without disturbing the cables. It also does not need assembly.

The fullsize print shown is in Prusament Jet Black PETG. It was printed with variable layer layer height and ironing of all top surfaces. Textured powder-coated spring steel sheet, 0.15mm Quality setting, 0.4mm nozzle, 15% gyroid infill.

The print slightly peeled away from the print bed in 3 of the 4 corners but those are on the back vertical when in use and therefore are not visible. The variable layer height resulted in slight bulging when the finest layer height was used; that face is the base of the foot in use so is not visible.

If I was to print again I would not use variable layer height or ironing. I'm sure PLA could be used instead of PETG; the design is more than strong enough for the weight of the headset.

Print time was ~11 hours with vlh and ironing. Rotate the object +/- 90 deg in Z axis after importing to Prusaslicer to fit the MK3S print area.
