Right-hand steering knuckle from steering linkage assembly p/n 74110-9239 (Power Wheels Ninja Quad). This is not an identical replacement but has been thickened/enlarged somewhat for strength. See installation photo for comparison of old/new. In the end I thought this one was also not strong enough, and I made a new version which is much more robust. Please see the "remixes" of this part for details. Instructions My son's ninja quad broke, so I drew/printed a replacement part for the steering knuckle. Installation required that I remove the left axle assembly, drill out the rivet holding the steering knuckle to the steering linkage, install the new knuckle with screw+nut+loc-tite where the rivet used to be, then reinstall the axle & wheel. It turns out that replacement steering linkages are available online for about $11+shipping (including LH + RH knuckles and linkage w/rivets installed) so the effort may not be worth it for you. See power wheels part 74110-9239 (google). I printed this with 50% fill and have had good luck so far. Well, I take that back. After a few weeks of driving and a few big crashes, this one too was broken. I remixed it and made it stronger. See the links for remixed versions.
