Shim and spacer for bikes with 1 inch steerer tubes. The stem on my 2002 Bianchi Vigorelli was too long and there wasn't any 1 inch stem shorter or any 1 inch stem around so I designed these shims and the spacer. USE WITH CAUTION!!! I will not take any responsibility and I am not liable for any damage caused through using these shims and the spacer.
