UPDATE: I HAVE REMODELED THE FILE TO FIT CRIMPED CABLE ENTRY AND SPLIT IT INTO TWO SEPARATE FILES. I ALSO ADDED PICTURES OF THE DIMENSIONS THAT PRINTED WELL FOR ME ON MY ENDER 3. FORGOT TO MENTION EARLIER, YOU CAN SCALE UP THE DESIGN IF REQUIRED TO PROVIDE EXTRA ROOM IN THE CASE, SO CONSIDER MEASURING YOUR BOARD BEFORE PRINTING IT OUT. THIS PROJECT INVOLVES CREATING A CASE AND SLIDING LID FOR A 7-24V DC TO 5V 3AMP STEP-DOWN VOLTAGE CONTROLLER OR BUCK CONVERTOR USED TO POWER A RASPBERRY PI FOR RUNNING OCTOPRINT OR SIMILAR ACCESSORY REQUIREMENTS. (CONTROLLER NOT INCLUDED) THIS IS MY OWN ORIGINAL DESIGN, AND IF YOU NEED IT TO BE LARGER, PLEASE SCALE UP BOTH PARTS AS REQUIRED. THE CASE FEATURES HOLES FOR FITTING BOLTS AND T NUTS TO SECURELY ATTACH IT TO THE FRAME. IT IS DESIGNED TO COMPATIBLY FIT VOLTAGE CONTROLLERS FROM SUPPLIERS LIKE BANGGOOD OR OTHER SIMILAR PROVIDERS. ONE OF THE PICTURES SHOWS THE DETAILS WITH THE SIZE OF THE CONTROLLER FOR YOUR REFERENCE. I PERSONALLY HAVE THIS CASE CONNECTED TO MY ENDER 3 AND IT WORKS FLAWLESSLY FOR POWERING MY PI FOR OCTOPRINT.
