<p>Transmission ratio 11<br/> Module 0.5 and 0.7</p> <p>All three planets are individual. Printing just one of them three times does not work. The teeth on each planet are shifted differently in cirumferential direction between the inner and outer profile. This makes it possible to distribute the planets evenly around the radius.</p> <p>Because the module is so small and backlash is low, this can only be printed on a carefully tuned sla printer. It is preferable to underexpose slightly, else the gear may be impossible to assemble. Using a grease (not just oil) improves the efficiency by a lot.
