This is 3D printed variant of https://www.instructables.com/Portable-Bluetooth-Speaker-Made-From-Scrap-Wood/. You can follow the same guide because enclosures are almost identical (i used same dimensions). Two holes on front side are for status LEDs (one for bluetooth module and second one for charging module).

Parts & modules :

- 2 40mm speakers
- 2x3W PAM8403 Amplifier and 5V Bluetooth audio receiver
or 5V bluetooth amplifier module
- TP4056 charging module with battery protection with USB-C port
- MT3608 DC DC Step up module or other 5V step up converter
- Lithium Battery of your choice (18650 or smaller pouch cell)
- Switch (10mm * 15mm)
- 2 LEDs, white for turn on indication and red for charging indicator
- 2 1000uF 6.3v-16v capacitors
- 2x 10kOhm resistors and 2x 220nF capacitors for RC high pass filter (this is optional, it will remove frequencies under 70hz to remove some stress from speakers since they cant produce anything lower)

Printed without supports at 100% infill. Print it with raft because mine lifted from bed on one side. Black line on front face is because i was too lazy to clean heatbed, I'm going to paint whole enclosure anyway (that's why i printed it in white). I'm using speaker for my workshop the way it is, I will finish it when i will have more time.

120g, about 15h of print time with layer height at 0.2mm and 100% infill.
