Created locally with: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1216198 and this script: http://jsfiddle.net/threonin/6dr8qu41/ It is 500x500 pixels, but finished while I was watching a movie, so it seems the script got much faster when I changed it to create a single polyhedron and use vector operations, they have been introduced in the latest OpenSCAD version. With the old script this took 2,5 days and now there are even far more vertices. Around the borders the holes get really small, this might be too much for any printers to handle, also not much light will pass through there, so it is generally a good idea to not have too much detail around the edges, especially with very high resolution.
