A model of » BÖHM Stirling-Motor 'HB11' «.This Stirling Motor is mounted on a wooden socket (16 x 11 cm) with the approximate dimensions of a post card.The over all size, according to the catalogue picture, is 13 x 15,8 x 10,8 cm.I've done this project many years ago, during a training course for "CATIA V5", as the final examination work.The dimensions of the components for the complete assembly, I've taken from a picture in a catalogue.I measured the socket directly from the picture, defined a scale to the right size, and got the dimensions of all other parts by multiplicating the measured distances on the picture with the calculated scale.The result you can see in my model.An animation of the model is availabel too, done in Pro/ENGINEER, modus "Mechanism".Designer's note:All outer and inner threads are not modelled. I used cosmetic threads for them.
