I needed a new armrest for my chair, was not about to fork out $50 for new ones... Tried to print GTRACING Gaming Chair Arm Rest replacement. by ToriLeighR, but it -required to much support (mined has built in supports) -Was slightly to0 large for regular size printers (i made it half inch shorter) -relied on threading bolts in plastic(mine has the bolt goes all the way through it making it way stronger) Hardware I used 1/4-20 X 1'' bolts and matching nut.... i also made a slot mid print (do filament changer at 12.6mm to insert but it is optional) for a 1/4''X1-1/4'' fender washer for extra strength .. i would also print with extra parameters and higher infill....
