Stop block (for a custom cross cut sled)

Stop block (for a custom cross cut sled)

Yet another version of a stop block setup for a DIY crosscut sled. I made this to fit a POWERTEC Universal T-track (71118) using the POWERTEC knob kit (71070). There are two versions ('a' and 'b'), each with three pieces. Actually the spacer is the same for 'a' and 'b'. Ver. '1a' is slightly smaller and uses 6mm hardware. Ver '1b' is meant for 8mm 1.25 hardware. I ended up tapping the threaded hole to ensure a much nicer fit. Ver. '1a' has a minor defect in it that can be resolved by heating up the bolt head from the knob kit and melting a little bit of the main body. I will try and post a corrected "Ver. '1a' main" soon. Ver. 1a is pictured and has been tested. Ver. 1b is conceptually better but I have not actually printed it out yet. Any feedback is welcomed. Hopefully other people find this useful.
