This is a stopper plate which keeps the Y-rods positioned in the Prusa I3 Steel. The Y-rods rarely move out of position but this plate blocks that also. You need 4 plates. For each plate you have to drill 2 holes of 3 mm diameter into the steel . Just clamp the printed plate to the frame and drill the holes.
