The Samla container boxes from IKEA are ideal as airtight dryboxes to store 3d printing filaments or other moisture sensitive items. The only problem is that just by itself the cover does not lay perfectly flat on the container leaving gaps that allow air to circulate. This is a clip (latch) design that keeps the storage box cover firmly closed creating an (almost) airtight container for your storage needs. It is designed to apply just enough pressure to keep the cover tightly closed, while being easily removable with just a click. Enjoy!
