Storage Box for Resin Tubs (VAT) for ELEGOO Mars

If you like my design I would be happy about a small tip. ;) But most I would be happy about a Make Photo post. Hello, Some time ago I made silicone covers for my resin tubs (VAT). Now I still lacked a storage box to keep the Resin filled (and the emty) safe. What were my requirements: 1. The resin tubs must fit smoothly with the silicone cover. 2. I wanted a shelf on which I can put the tub down to attach the silicone cover and also remove it again with little difference in height to the printer. (since I can not attach the cover inside the printer) For smooth insertion and extraction, I used a 4 / 3mm PTFE tube. The storage area at the top of the box has a lateral guide and a recess so that the film is not damaged. Workflow: Here I solve the clamping screws and pull the tub on the shelf, attach the silicone cover. Then I raise the tub and slide it into one of the two compartments. I have extra dispensed with a third compartment to have more space to grab the trays safer and handle. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hallo, Vor einiger Zeit habe ich mir Silikon Abdeckungen für meine Resinwannen (VAT) angefertigt. Nun fehlte mir noch eine Lagerbox um die mit Resin gefüllten (und auch die leeren) sicher aufzubewahren. Was waren meine Anforderungen: 1. Die Resinwannen müssen mit der Silikon Abdeckung leichtgängig hineinpassen . 2. Ich wollte eine Abstellfläche auf der ich die Wanne abstellen kann um die Silikon Abdeckung anbringen und auch wieder entfernen kann mit wenig Höhenunterschied zu Drucker. (da ich die Abdeckung innerhalb des Druckers nicht anbringen kann) Für das leichtgängige einschieben und herausziehen habe ich einen 4/3mm PTFE Schlauch verwendet. Die Abstellfläche oben auf der Box hat eine seitliche Führung und eine Vertiefung damit die Folie nicht beschädigt wird. Arbeitsablauf: Ich löse hier die Klemmschrauben und ziehe die Wanne auf die Abstellfläche, bringe die Silikon Abdeckung an. Dann hebe ich die Wanne an und schiebe sie in eines der beiden Fächer.
