Super simple screen door or storm door SK18 Spindle (original one is shown in the thumbnail). This is the piece that goes through the door to attach both sides of the handle and makes it function. The only issue you may have is with the size, I had to cut mine down a little shorter so it would fit in the door and still be able to screw the handle on.
