The idea was to download a suitable file that could be used to make a 3D food printed Storm Trooper shape. (when scaled down)
No need to make it too detailed but it must be a good 3D CAD file.
However using the original CAD file (Part1.step by sean lavallee) and converting meant that some features stop it being shelled out to form full size helmet that could be used as a proper helmet. Using an STL editing program this could be possible.
I have also looked at other pictures of Star Wars Storm Trooper helmet and some errors are noticed.
