From my testing, everything prints wonderfully (on a Wanhao i3 Plus - Using Cura) ** **Simplify 3D apparently doesn't get on too well with some of the Handle pieces. Cura and Slic3r both slice them perfectly fine (from my testing atleast)** ** Just an FYI - The file for the rods provided are meant as a guide, and not intended for use in the model. They will offer ZERO strength and or support. You should use 8mm studding to connect the pieces! ** This is my Stormbreaker model, available for download. Following feedback -aswell as my own printing - various fixes, and variations have been made to the files. It is now 100% print ready. Please note the warning above about using Simplify 3D. I cannot upload the handle in 1 piece, as the file size is too big. So instead, there are now the original 6 pieces, for those with printer heights to print them, aswell as newly sliced pieces, with relevant connection points, for those with smaller printers, such as a Wanhao, ender 3; or simply for those who don't want long print times. The new pieces are as follows (You can seem them pictured above): - Stormbreaker-Axe-head-001.stl - Stormbreaker-Axe-Head-002.stl - Stormbreaker-Axe-Head-003.stl - Stormbreaker-Hammer-Head-001.stl - Stormbreaker-Hammer-Head-002.stl - Stormbreaker-Hammer-Head-003.stl - Stormbreaker-Hammer-Head-004.stl - Stormbreaker-Hammer-Head-005.stl - Stormbreaker-Hammer-Head-Center-Block.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-001.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-002.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-003.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-004.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-005.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-006.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-007.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-008.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-009.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-010.stl Only one of these pieces does not have a connection point of some kind. This is Handle-002 and Handle-003. This is simply so both pieces can be printed on a clean flat surface, without the need of supports on their other connection points (if that makes sense). If you have the Z height on your printer, you can instead choose to print the large handle pieces. These are: - Stormbreaker-Handle-L-001.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-L-002.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-L-003.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-L-004.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-L-005.stl - Stormbreaker-Handle-L-006.stl I've added a file that includes the intended size for the rods that fit into the handle. There are 3. Due to the bend in the handle, this cannot be one continuous piece. If you have any issues printing, please message me here, or shoot me a tweet. I'll be happy to help in anyway I can. UPDATE 31/01/19 - Fixed an issue with Center Block piece. Not sure how it broke, but it should be ok now. UPDATE 06/02/19 - Re-Uploaded the central block. Handle - Head connection hole for rod was accidentally removed. This has now been re-added. UPDATE 26/03/2019 - Re-added the larger handle parts. This allows the handle to be printed in 6 pieces instead of 10, if you have the printer height. UPDATE 19/06/2019 - Stormbreaker-Handle-002-A & Stormbreaker-Handle-002-B + Stormbreaker-Handle-001-A and Stormbreaker-Handle-001-B files added. This is the the parts sliced in two, down the middle to try and combat an issue a user was having with not enough RAM (oops!)
