Tested with thermal imaging, the cooling system prevents printed plastic from getting above 30*C Print Settings Printer: Flashforge Finder Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: test printed at 0.08mm Infill: Ideally 15% to save plastic and insulate lip area Notes: Test printed with vents at bottom and opening at the top - worked well Post-Printing Use a lighter or blow torch to heat air intake end and fit to mouthpiece as required.
