Infill used 15% for the straight and with support, but you will notice in 1st layer above support a-holes that will disappear buy the second layer printed above it. use Z distance on support to 0mm to get the layer in the same line. speed used is the default one 60mm. for pinion (the smaller ) go with layer height 0.12mm, and with 15 % or more, for infill, don't forget to rotate them make the teeth to the top side.
