Straight Key, minimal hardware requirements.
thingiverse
My inaugural design endeavor in OnShape.com is centered around aesthetics and streamlined hardware requirements. A mere six screws and one nut are needed for its construction. To achieve a sleeker appearance, channels have been strategically integrated into the arm and base to route contact point wires. A printed spring can be fine-tuned via a through screw located on top, while snap-fit hinges and knobs also feature prominently in this design. To ensure successful printing, please orient the arm on its side. In some instances, the spring may adhere to the bottom of the arm, requiring it to be carefully dislodged prior to assembly. If you find this design useful and decide to utilize it, consider showing your appreciation by making a contribution via the tip button.
