Strain Relief for FLSUN Super Racer LGX Lite Extruder Conversion using Stock Fans.

The Strain Relief used for the LGX Lite Conversion for the FLSUN Super Racer work alright when using the stock fans that came with the Super Racer but has a tendency to move around after a while. This design is simple and uses the bolt holes on the side of the LGX Lite Extruder to attach this Strain Relief. You will have to put the square bolt inserts in the LGX Exrtuder Body to effect the addition of this strain relief. A quantity of two M3 X 10mm screws will be needed although I used M3 X 12 as I had them already for the conversion and do not effect the operation of the Extruder. I made one version with one Zip Tie Tie-down and a second version with 2 Tie-downs so you have a choice. The one pictured on my Super Racer is the the 2 Tie-down version. I chose to print the Strain Relief solid for some flex and so the attachment point did not give when tightened down to the Extruder.
