Strap Buckle (No Supports) - Reenforced belt

#Remixed to make it stronger. Added belt part (Strap_Buckle_Female_Belt.stl) to glue to female side and make it almost indestructible. UPD: Added reenforced versions of **Strap_Buckle_Female_Large_with_teeth.stl** and **Strap_Buckle_Male_Large_with_teeth.stl** UPD2: Added male part with more tolerance for faster printing (like with 0.6mm nozzle) - **Strap_Buckle_Male_Large_with_teeth_more_tolerance.stl** #Recommendations: *1.* If belt part is too tight, just scale it up a bit (1-3%) *2.* Print belt with random layer start - it will be stronger without seam. *3.* Male part with higher tolerance should work in most cases. Try printing it first instead of original one. *4.* If you have some over-extrusion or "elephant's foot", just file sharp corners of male part a bit or scratch it with knife. ![](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/6c/52/c5/83/02/featured_preview_Male-scratch.jpg) *5.* To make click on female part stronger, glue it with dichloroethane, dichloromethane or acetone (if you print it in ABS or PLA) and make sure, it has 100% infill. ![](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/dd/37/04/cf/6e/featured_preview_Female-polish-infill.jpg)
