Stratux Micro Case

Stratux Micro Case

Here's a new micro-case for the Stratux ADS-B receiver. This case is designed for the recently released NooElec micro-SDRs. It won't work with the older full-length SDRs. It is built to use an MCX male to SMA female pigtail for the antenna cable. If you want to use it for a dual-band rig you will need a Y pigtail (two MCX males to one SMA female. It also has a notch for the USB cable from an external GPS. I used the GlobalSat BU-353-S4 USB GPS "mouse" - note that it requires some changes to the Stratux code at this point as the NMEA output a slightly different (shorter strings for the lat and lon values). This case does NOT support the RY835AI GPS / AHRS chip. You can read more about the decision to leave the RY835AI out here: https://www.reddit.com/r/stratux/comments/3wjdeb/new_micro_case_with_external_gps/ Let me know if you want any changes. I could add holes for the MCX male cables if you want to use the stock antennas that come with the SDRs.
