Stratux Nano Dual SDR Case

This is my Stratux case. My goals in designing this case were: Compact, short No support needed Folding antennas that do NOT rotate around the mounting axis. Label the top cover to make it easier to remember which antenna goes where (978Mhz and 1090Mhz). Make it stronger than it hopefully needs to be. I did this so that it would resist warping due to a hot cockpit. All previous cases that have I used have always required you to rotate the antenna on the same axis that you mount the antenna. This always led to the antenna mount becoming lose and unscrew. It also twisted the internal antenna wire. My design allows you to fold the antenna using the antenna's elbow, not rotation. It also makes it very compact and easy to slip in to your flight bag without snagging. I filleted the internal screw mounts to resist snapping from the torque of installing screws. It's designed to use: 2.5mm x 8mm (6 screws for top) 2.5mm x 4mm (4 screws to mount Raspberry Pi) The screws I used are "laptop" screws from Amazon. If the screws are loose, (maybe you have your printer extrusion multiplier lower than mine), try 3.0mm screws instead of 2.5mm.
