My Father-in-law's head lamp had a part that broak so we whipped up a replacement. See the pictures. Instructions FreeCAD was used to draw this part up. FreeCAD file is attached. We printed it in Black PLA on a Printrbot Simple 1401, sliced with Cura at 0.3 mm layer height with support material. Seems to work well.
