This adapter will let you mount a Streamlight Rail Mount tape switch to an M-lok rail and offers some cable management underneath. Fastens to rails with Magpul MAG615 t-nut replacements. Holes are used for 4-40 tangless helicoils for extra security. I have mine on a MOE carbine handguard.
