This is mainly a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5377945, which is a remix of onlyDave's great thing - although I did tweak Dave's fan duct a bit by adding fillets along the corners to make it match the fan better (and so I wouldn't catch my fingers on the points ay more! When I installed the bracket, it was too close to the hotend and one side melted a bit. To remedy this, I moved the fan down 1mm (which also moved it away from the hot-end at a 45 degree). This made it direct the air towards the freshly printed plastic better as well as moving it away from the hotend. It was still a bit close so I experimented with moving it towards the front of the bed until I was happy. I found that the 1mm down and 1mm forwards version worked best for me - but I've included all the different versions so you can find one that works for yo At the same time I made the bracing stronger and stronger and now it doesn't wobble at all for me now (printed in PolyLite PLA). if I had any black PLA+ I would have used that instead. the bracket isn't near to any heat-source and doesn't need to be in PETG - but obviously the duct does! I also didn't want to lose my PTFE tube support and mess up my bed levelling so I added that into the bracket too. I had to trim my cable support to make it all fit and that's posted here. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5406067 You can unplug the PTFE tube at the extruder end and still install/remove this with a bit of fiddling. At first I tried to use it with a fan grill and realised that it wouldn't work unless you put it under the bracket (which of course moves the fan closer to the hot-end. So I made a second version of each bracket that included a hex fan grill. This is great because now you can print without needing any supports if you print in the correct orientation. You can use an M3 bolts with it - just make sure they aren't too long or short. I ended up just using ones that were too long and cutting them with a hacksaw. See my make for loads of other photos of it. I'm also using this breakout-board cover with LED strip https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5404424 and this 40mm fan hot-end cooling adapter https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5233463
