Hi again, the last time!This model is an "uncomplexification " of the rought shape of the three previous models.This doesn't need too consequent post treatment because all the horizontal faces are multiple of 0.254 (raster thickness with tip T16 of the Fortus 250, which give a good prining speed and resistance) and the wall are thicker than the minimum required for good printing with the material considered ABSPlus 430 (0.914mm, i did 1.016mm).It is a little bit less aestetic but it's lighter without playing with printing parameters. Weight is given for +/- 13gr.The guidlines i found are:-Just make a very simple desing which inculde just the fonction you need for your idea-anticipate the tangences continuity by adding fillets.Add fillets only when it increase the quantity of material (concave fillets)-when a scenario fail with mass reduction, increase the resolution for a more precise repartion of the material when the soft iterate.Perhaps there is still more thinks to discover but for this challenge it is too late!https://generate-de.frustum.com/#/workspace/1224/scenario/3513
