We have the NECA toy of the Striker Eureka robot ("Jaeger") from the movie "Pacific Rim". Unfortunately, in the process of some active play, the shoulder joint got broken. I tried gluing it back together, but it is a joint that is subject to some stress, so it was best to try to recreate the part. The repair involves two components: a loop and pin that plugs into the body, and pin that locks the arm onto the loop. Remove the broken pieces (the existing shoulder loop may need to be drilled out), and the new pieces should snap in. Basically place the shoulder loop in the arm, and slide the arm pin through to lock it in place. Then press the pin on the shoulder loop in the body, there is a flange on the tip that will help it lock in. The tolerances in the OpenSCAD file are pretty exact, at least for my copy of the toy. Feel free to modify them to adjust the friction exactly, the body_pin_dia is the most important for a good friction fit to the body. Also - since the parts are very small, I have added some print helpers, in the form of little disks attached to the part with a thin strip of plastic. Just break these off after printing.
