String / Sinew Puller Dowel - for Tie Dye

Dowel for tying sinew, string, fish tackle, etc. for tying up tie dye patterns (or whatever else). The bit on the top is a tamp/probe for tamping the fabric or to open pleats. Make sure to print it at 80-100% infill to make it as strong as can be. Layer height is 0.2mm or 200 microns. I also printed very thick outlines, 8 outlines per layer. With these settings the string should break way before the print does (though be a bit careful with the tamping tool on top, that is vulnerable. On the bottom is a hexagonal bit opening to allow you to attach it to a drill to load the string. Those are normally .25" so this is at .30" to account for variability in filament, expansion, etc. P.S. It looks like the photos are being forced to a square aspect ratio, so in the photo it may look a bit stubby, just refer to the model to get an idea of the actual size. It prints out to be about 130mm. Have fun and upload pics if you print/use.
