I recently put a new head on my string trimmer. However, I was constantly having to stop to pull wound up grass of the shaft. So I designed this small "shield" to prevent the long grass from getting wound up. I made the 1mm smaller than the shaft and used a zip tie to secure it. This thing was made with Tinkercad.
