I remixed this as I needed to make some modifications to the design. I've rebuilt the design in OpenSCAD making it fully adjustable. I've used it to cut planking in ply and balsa, getting really good results. Assembling the cutter requires 1 x M3 30mm cap head bolt and 2 x M3 15mm cap head bolts. With an M3 hex nut for each, I use a Nyloc version for the locking knob but you can use normal nuts. If your M3x30 is a set screw (threaded full length) you can also add a locking nut to the guide and that should prevent the bolt turning when you tighten the locking knob. This isn't really necessary though, just a refinement. To help with printing I've left a bridging layer across some of the holes so the design can be printed without supports on most printers. In v1.0.1 I made it easier to add a bit of space around the arm to allow for expansion/inaccuracy in the print and increased the default setting for this. I also added an optional lock nut for the guide to prevent the bolt turning when you use the locking knob. https://youtu.be/TG9aTVEEeeg
