Strong Bench Vice with table clamp 100% 3D printed

Exclusive to Cults Here's some history: I needed a secure way to hold 3D prints and other household items in order to cut or file them, and it needed to clamp to a desk. It had to be simple with no extra nuts and blots or complex mechanisms that could be vulnerable to stress. I looked all over the internet for a 3D printable file but with no luck... So I designed and made my own. I hope it's of use to you as it is to me. And here are some of the features: No supports are required when printing and no separate nuts, bolts, screws, or glue are required for assembly. Printing at full-size this fits on a 200mm x 200mm print bed. At full-size the jaws open to 50mm (without optional pads). Will fit on a desk up to 50mm in thickness. Each holding face is 80mm x 50mm with the option to print additional pads that I print in a flexible filament to give a firm grip but not damage the held item. In my test prints I've printed this at 50% and it works just as perfectly as full-size, I expect it should go down 20% dependent on your print settings. Please let me know if you can suggest any improvements or if you get this printed at record scales (super small or large). www.douginnesdesign.com
