The hook should be fastened with rivets. You can of course also consider screw connections. You should definitely use a weatherproof material such as ABS or PETG. The shape of the recess is chosen so that the head of rivet pliers fits well in order to reach the rivet. The printer achieved good results with a layer height of 0.3mm, nozzle width of 0.6 mm and 25% cube infill, with a printing speed of 22 mm/s. I used ABS as the material. Please note that with increased printing accuracy, the degree of freedom of the lid can be too large and thus not achieve the required fit. Best regards Johannes S.
