Stronger mount for shock absorber on Martian Rover

Stronger mount for shock absorber on Martian Rover

thingiverse

The Martian Rover has a bracket on the upper leg to attach the top of the shock absorber. Unfortunately, the design puts significant stress across a small cross-section that is also a layer boundary. Even with good layer adhesion, the part often snaps at this point. The photos show an example of this. This remix replaces this part with a different version that doesn't apply the stresses across the layer boundary. It may not work with smaller shock absorbers, however, as the shock absorber mounting point does not protrude in quite the same way. It does work fine with mine, however. I appreciate that part 7 of the design, which this replaces, is part of the purchased parts list in the original design, but it's a fairly small part and this is a design change. I'll remove this from Thingiverse if @repbaza isn't happy for it to be shared...
