Stronger one piece landing gear and wheel for puzzle plane

I remixed the spinning wheels for the puzzle plane a bit to make them stronger without using glue. Also added a little play to make it spin easier. I built this the be played with by a 3 year old and the glued connection of the landing gear and wheel failed pretty quickly. So I rotated the gear and gave it a little surface to be printed on (still used brim), then added the wheel directly to the gear. **Attention: This means you have to print the tyres first, then print the gear to a z-height of about 29.2mm then pause the print put the tyre on and then continue the print. It is a tight fit. I removed the nozzle sock and it worked on Ender 3 V2. Other printers may have different clearance around the nozzle.** **I did not use g-code to pause the print but did it manually. If you do it early the nozzle does not have enough room. If you do it to late, the diameter is already to big to fit the tyre. You could also print the tyre more narrow by 0.5-1mm to have more room for error.** To know when to pause I set the number of top layer high enough to start the layer before the diameter of the wheel inceases and to "mark" when to pause.
