I made some sturdy VFLATs for my photo studio from thick styrofoam boards and 3d printed parts without using any tape – LOL. They came out great! The folding screen hinges are for 30mm thick styrofoam boards. Thinner styrofoam boards with 2 meters in length would be too wobbly.
