Needed a slightly sturdier version of KeyboardPrinter's Boom arm phone mount, so I made it! It's similar, just has bigger offset nut shafts, will have to redesign the nuts, and most importantly, is thicker and has a crossbrace across the 2 halves so it can hold your phone with quite a bit of force!
