First of, I designed this with a max build volume of 256x256x256 in mind. So in every direction the Parts are smaller that 250mm. If your printer is smaller than this, you will need to remix this design. For this build you will need: - at least 8x M3x30 Screws (depends on the length of your Build. You may get away with only 4x at the cost of rigidity) - at least 8x M3 Nuts (depends on the length of your Build. You may get away with only 4x at the cost of rigidity) - 1x M3 Screw that is 22mm or shorter (for the tensioning helper) - 1 or 2 extension springs - 2x M3 threaded inserts - cutting wire for a hot wire cutter You will need to Print - 2x Holder - Stand Part 1 - 2x Holder - Stand Part 2 - 2x Holder - Stand Part 3 - 1x FtF-Extension To customize the length, you can add as many Extentions as you want. Each one is 210mm. For each Extenstion you will need 2x additional Nuts and Screws you may also want to print the two Nut Insert Helpers. As they make it easier to insert the nuts. But that is optional. To tention the cutting wire you can use the tensioning helper. Insert a threded insert into one or all of the larger holes. the holes have a offset of 30mm, 40mm and 50mm to the small hole. You Screw it in on one of SFC-Holder (with the smaller hole) and loosely fix the cutting wire with one of the offset holes. After that you can swap the Screw of the tensioning holder and the screw of the cutting wire. Then the tenstioner will be loose at the bottom of the cutting wire screw. So it will not get lost. Assembly: 1. Inserts the Nuts into the SFC-Holder's like shown in Picture (Pic. 4&5) 2. Put SFC-HOLDER-V1-PT1 and SFC-HOLDER-V1-PT2 together and insert SFC-HOLDER-V1-PT3 from above (Pic 6&7) 3. Insert the two screws (Pic. 7) 4. Do the same to the other mirror 5. Now that they are stable, insert the threaded inserts (Pic. 8&9) 6. Now inserts all the Nuts into your Extenstions (Pic. 10-12) 7. Slide all things together and screw them tight. Should look something like Picture 1 You may edit my Design via the F3D file however you like
