These feet are meant to be combined with 3M 1.25" Silicone Hemispheres. I suggest using 100% infill so that the nubs don't break, but that is wasteful so the pegnub.stl file is to help get 100% infill on just the nub if you don't want to waste filament. In Cura I set it as a cutting mesh and set its infill individually from the project.
