Sugar-O-Matic Smart Container

Sugar-O-Matic Smart Container

Looks great on any countertop! This lovely little container is super helpful for reminding you if you need sugar, flour, or any other sort of powdered food stuff! Powered off of a small microcontroller, 3 leds, a photoresistor, and a usb port, this beautifully designed container lights up red if you need more, and green if you are A-okay. Instructions If there is a request, I will make a full fledged instructable about how to wire and place everything. If you have large hands then you need to print in pieces! Reaching inside of the container to place the photo sensor and led might be a little tricky for some people, so I would suggest printing it in pieces I also had some trouble with creating a raft for the large piece, so I have included if the need arises. -Container should be printed at 100% infill -Lid should be printed with support material, unless you are feeling badass You can find the code for the microcontroller in the downloads section I used the attiny85 based Trinket 7v from adafruit but there is no reason that it should not work with other microcontrollers
