This is a model rocket designed for flight. The Fuel consists of KNO3 and sugar powder(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUYxk-y-tU8). To make the motor you can watch this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cKIMJcHYbiE) The motor's dimensions should be 20mm thickness and 100mm(+-0.5mm) in height. The Whole rocket except the nozzles is reusable (The motor bay is sorta reusable(More than one but not many)) The Aerospike nozzle is not a good option. As it provides more trust, but destroyed more quickly, and thus loses trust early. It still looks the coolest. The "Nozzle Tester" is for you and me to test the nozzles. The motor to be used here is a shorter version with 20mm width and 40mm(+-0.5mm) height. I The model should also be rotated upside down for more reliability. There soon Will be uploads of Slow Motion test footage of the motors and nozzles. The parts of the rocket screw together and have a tolerance of 1mm in screwing. Also make sure that the "Motor Bay" and the nozzles are printed with a bit thicker shell to prevent meltdown. To ignite the rocket, your best option is an 'electric match'. You can watch this (www.youtube.com/watch?v=duoxvqxASak) tutorial. The .f3d and .dxf files are also provided for easier modification. Don't forget safety, although these mixtures aren't quite violent they are still, you know, fire. Also soon there might be uploads of videos of testing by me.
