It is important to note that I am using the Sunbeam Tirger body design from Skipstitch. You can see his design at https://www.thingiverse.com/skipstitch/about He makes some cool things. This is a thin wall body and I have had difficulty printing this, you must print with a thick shell. The interior chassis includes doors cards that help its strength when glued in. I have designed an interior and chassis for this car so that you can use it as a Slot Car. I used the seats from skiptitch and by doing so there is some cutting required to enable clearance for the motor. I have also included a design of the interior that has no sets or man that would not require cutting for motor clearance. Dash, bumpers, lights etc are all from Skipstich. Again, If you just use the interior without the seats and driver this is no problem using the car as slot car. I used an electric tooth brush motor in this car and it is fast and in doing so it would be best to use ABS and you might find that PLA can be problematic at speed, unless you are a great driver! You will have to line up the body and drill holes to match the screws you with to use to fasten the body to the chassis. You will also require a scalextric or similar track guide for the build. "you will need running gear". My test car was printed at low res and I used the CubePro Trio and it is not the best for fine detail. I will print another final design with the Anycubic Mega S at high res, it will be great. I will post the finished Sunbeam body shortly as I think it needs a little thicker wall and I will print it at 0.1mm wall height.
